Neil joins THEMIS from DAC Beachcroft, where he was as Partner, managing a substantial portfolio of clinical negligence claims, including maximum-severity cases exceeding £30 million.
His experience encompasses a full spectrum of healthcare claims, from primary care to advanced surgical litigation, with a focus on complex, multi-party cases and high-profile matters such as the recent pelvic mesh claims, Paterson and PIP breast implant litigation.
